NOTIFICATIONS: Orders will usually be confirmed via email within 48 business hours. If you do not receive a timely confirmation e-mail with your order status please send an email to: info@myspclstitches.com .

SHIPPING: Standard Postal shipping is free for charts to U.S. of America for orders over $5 (USD). Items other than charts may be subject to a handling charge (size and weight are considered as well as total order value). Priority shipping is available here for extra charge, but you may pay less, so please contact us first. Standard Postal Shipping for Books is by media mail. Please contact us for further specific information at info@myspclstitches.com .

SHIPPING UPGRADES: Please email us for upgraded shipping fees and product availability at info@myspclstitches.com .  Priority mail upgrade may run $3.50 extra, depending on the size and content of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Orders outside of the United States of America are considered “International”, please click here for rates - expect to add at least a 20% shipping fee. Please contact us for further specific information at info@myspclstitches.com .

 

ISSUE RESOLUTION: Resolution begins via e-mail and we expect to respond within 48 business hours.

RETURNS: Returns may be negotiated by email to info@myspclstitches.com . To protect the copyrights of the designers and in keeping with general industry standards charts and chart packs cannot be returned or exchanged.
